New portal experience for Azure Functions

The new portal experience for Azure Functions is now generally available. The new design offers all of the same functionality but with better performance, accessibility and consistency with the rest of the Azure portal. It also better supports Azure RBAC Reader roles and network-restricted apps, and it has an improved code editor and integration UX. The new experience is now the default for all function apps. You can return to the older experience at any time by using the banner at the top of the function app overview.
