Azure Service Health – Emerging issues now available

[Azure Service Health](https://aka.ms/azureservicehealth) now surfaces emerging issues in the Azure portal to help you learn about new Azure service issues that may affect you. An emerging issue is a situation where Azure is aware of a widespread outage but may not yet fully understand its scope and breadth. Previously, emerging issues were only available on the [Azure Status page](https://status.azure.com/).
Use Service Health as a single source of truth for all Azure service issues. To achieve a comprehensive view, you previously had to refer to both Service Health for personalised service health information and the Status page for emerging issues. Now, you can solely rely on Service Health and take advantage of personalisation and other Service Health features.
