Azure SDK for embedded devices

Services
Build applications that use Azure services on embedded devices, including IoT solutions, using the new Azure Embedded C SDK.
It includes support for [Azure IoT](https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/overview/iot/) services and Azure Storage.
Written in C, this version of the SDK is optimized to be used on small and embedded devices with limited capabilities and resources. It supports microcontrollers with no operating system, but rather microcontrollers with a real-time operating system (like [Azure RTOS](https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/rtos/)), Linux, and Windows.
The Azure Embedded C SDK is open source and [published on GitHub](https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-c).
