Migrate to the new version of the Azure Time Series Insights Gen2 APIs

A new API version of [Azure Time Series Insights Gen2](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/time-series-insights/overview-what-is-tsi) (2020-07-31) was made generally available on 16 July 2020 and uses an updated [Time Series Expression Syntax (TSX)](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/time-series-insights/preview#time-series-expression-and-syntax).
