Azure DevOps Artifacts storage exploration

Since introducing [pay-per-GB pricing](https://devblogs.microsoft.com/devops/pay-per-gb-azure-artifacts/) for Azure DevOps Artifacts, customers have requested a set of views to further understand how to [take action ](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/artifacts/start-using-azure-artifacts?view=azure-devops#q-how-can-i-control-how-long-artifacts-are-stored)on their stored and billed artifacts. Currently, you are only able to view your total storage at a high level for your entire organization. With this feature work for Artifacts storage exploration, you will be able to drill-down one level further to the project level for feeds and symbols. This will help you identify the projects and areas that require optimization and further investigation.
