[Azure Resource Health](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/service-health/resource-health-overview) can now report live health status and status history on Portal for [Azure Cloud Services](https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/cloud-services/) deployments, roles & role instances.
* Azure Resource Health empowers you diagnose and get support for service problems that affect your Azure Cloud Service.
* It reports on the current and past health of your resources at Deployment, Role & Role Instance level.
* It provides detailed reason for the health status change categorized primarily between Customer Initiated or Platform Initiated.
* It enables you to setup alerts when the health status change.
