Network Virtual Appliance (NVA) in the Virtual WAN hub is an integrated service offering that allows customers to deploy a third-party NVA directly into the Virtual WAN Hub. With this offering, customers can connect their Customer Premise equipment (CPE) to the same third-party appliance in the hub allowing them to take advantage of each vendors proprietary path selection and policy management capabilities.
This Public Preview introduces the following capabilities for Virtual WAN
* * Deploy a third-party (Barracuda and Cisco only) Network Virtual Appliance (NVA) directly into the Virtual WAN hub Vnet.
* Supports up to 40 Gbps of aggregate throughput for branch site connectivity.
* Support for Health Metrics in Azure Monitor.
* Support for Secure Hub with Azure Firewall.
