In previous weeks, we have worked and released the [default repository branch setting](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/release-notes/2020/sprint-173-update#default-branch-name-preference), and as an addition to that, we’re now announcing an option to set an org-level default branch. Other key features to enhance the overall user experience are now available: ### Azure Boards * [Customise work item state when pull request is merged](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/release-notes/2020/sprint-176-update#customize-work-item-state-when-pull-request-is-merged) * [Parent field on the task board](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/release-notes/2020/sprint-176-update#parent-field-on-the-task-board) ### Azure Repos * [Org-level setting for default branch](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/release-notes/2020/sprint-176-update#org-level-setting-for-default-branch) * [Add a new auth scope for contributing PR comments](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/release-notes/2020/sprint-176-update#add-a-new-auth-scope-for-contributing-pr-comments) ### Azure Pipelines * [Configure draft PR validation for GitHub repositories](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/release-notes/2020/sprint-176-update#configure-draft-pr-validation-for-github-repositories) * Azure DevOps * Azure Repos * Features * [ Azure DevOps](https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/products/devops/)
