Public preview: Azure Purview Resource Set configuration enhancements

Azure Purview is rolling out the following improvements to the resource sets within the Purview Data Catalog. * **Scoped Resource Set Configurations** allow customization over which Azure Purview assets are grouped into resource sets and how they are named in the catalog. This enables the catalog to reflect your data estate even more accurately and prevent false positives when scanning your data. * **Friendly Display Names** ensure that the default display names of your resource sets are consumable and searchable to any user interested in the asset.
