Microsoft Azure available from new cloud regions in Arizona

We are launching our newest sustainable data centre region in Arizona, known as “West US 3”. The new West US 3 data centre region includes [Azure Availability Zones](https://azure.microsoft.com/global-infrastructure/availability-zones/), which offer customers additional resiliency for their applications by designing the region with unique physical data centre locations with independent power, network and cooling for additional tolerance to data centre failures.
