Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Hyperscale (Citus) now allows you to specify a [maintenance schedule](https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/postgresql/concepts-hyperscale-maintenance) for each server group, with a system-managed schedule as the default. With system-managed schedules, server group maintenance will be scheduled between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM in the region’s time where the server group is created on a system-selected day of week. Custom schedules allow you to specify a preferred day of the week and a 30-minute window within that day for when maintenance for that server group will start. Whether a system-managed or custom schedule is selected, each server group will have: * A notification posted to Azure Service Health five days before the actual maintenance event * At least 30 days after the initial server group creation date * At least 30 days between successful maintenance events [Learn more](https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/postgresql/concepts-hyperscale-maintenance). * Azure Database for PostgreSQL * Features * Open Source * [ Azure Database for PostgreSQL](https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/products/postgresql/)
