Scheduled Query Rules API preview version 2021-02-01 will be retired on 31 January 2022

**With the general availability of the new API version 2021-08-01, we will be retiring and removing the preview version 2020-02-01-preview on 31 January 2022\.** We have also begun charging for alert rules created using the preview versions on 30 November 2021\. To avoid service disruption, please update any Azure Resource Manager templates that use preview API versions of the _Microsoft.Insights/ScheduledQueryRules_ resource type by 31 January 2022\. There are no changes to the template format from the 2021-02-01-preview API version, other than the version used.
