Generally available: Exporting device customisations and cloud properties in Azure IoT Central

To better support reuse of device template definitions, device capability customisations (colour, min/max values, decimal places etc.) as well as cloud properties are now included in exported device templates in Azure IoT Central. As part of this change, the experience for creating and editing cloud properties has moved from its own tab to the device interface experience as its own capability type (along with Property, Command and Telemetry). In addition, capability customisations are also now part of the device interface and the “Customisation” tab has been removed.
