Action recommended: Prepare for model version retirement in Azure OpenAI

**On 5 July 2024, we'll begin updating Azure OpenAI deployments that use the model indicated in the _Account information_ section of the email sent to account administrators to stop inference traffic**. The update will be completed within two weeks of that date.
**Recommended action:**
**Migrate your applications and workflows that use the model indicated in the _Account information_ section of the email sent to account administrators to a replacement model by 5 July 2024** to ensure they'll continue working as expected after the retirement.

2. For _Subscription_, select your subscription.

4. For _Service type_, select **Cognitive Services**_._
5. For _Resource_, select the resource you need help with.
6. For _Summary_, type **a description of your issue**.
7. For _Problem type_, select **Model Availability or Access**_._
8. For _Problem subtype_, select **Unable to find a model**.
