AlloyDB for PostgreSQL - May 7th, 2024 [Feature]

## Feature [Private Service Connect](https://cloud.google.com/alloydb/docs/about-private-service-connect) is now generally available ([GA](https://cloud.google.com/products#product-launch-stages)). Private Service Connect lets you connect to an AlloyDB for PostgreSQL instance from multiple VPC networks belonging to different groups, teams, projects, or organizations. ## Feature AlloyDB Omni version 15.5.1 and later lets you [add sidecar containers to your database cluster](https://cloud.google.com/alloydb/docs/omni/kubernetes-sidecar-container) when you use the AlloyDB Omni Kubernetes Operator.
