Public preview: Managed Prometheus visualizations for Azure Monitor container insights

Container insights visualizations were previously powered using metric data from Log Analytics, this new feature offers the ability to visualize using only [managed Prometheus data](https://aka.ms/promCIdocs) instead of Log Analytics.
