Remote functions now support a custom path in the endpoint URL

## Feature Feature [Remote functions](https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/remote-functions#create%5Fa%5Fremote%5Ffunction) now support a custom path in the endpoint URL. You can reuse a single Cloud Run service for multiple BigQuery remote functions by specifying different path suffixes on the same endpoint. This feature is [generally available](https://cloud.google.com/products/#product-launch-stages) (GA).
