You can now include a `[Conversation](https://cloud.google.com/sensitive-data-protection/docs/reference/rest/v2/ContentItem#Conversation)` in your `[ContentItem](https://cloud.google.com/sensitive-data-protection/docs/reference/rest/v2/ContentItem)` requests.
